Effective August 26, 2026. Lucky Tile Company collects only the information needed to maintain the directory, respond to messages, and operate the website. This policy explains what that means for visitors, hosts, instructors, and sponsors.

Information you provide

When you use a contact form, email us, or submit a listing, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, message, game or lesson details, venue information, photographs, and other content you choose to include. Do not submit private player rosters, sensitive identification numbers, payment-card details, or information you do not have permission to publish.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page, device information, and request time to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Lucky Tile Company does not place advertising cookies, build behavioral profiles, or sell personal information.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and publish directory entries, verify changes, reply to inquiries, administer sponsorships, and protect the service. Published listings may include a host display name, venue, public contact path, schedule, and photographs. We avoid publishing a private email address directly when a directory contact link will do.

Retention and disclosure

Messages and submission records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for directory operations, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Information may be processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, and transactional email provider, Resend, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell or rent submission data.

Your choices

To correct or remove a listing, photograph, or contact detail, email hello@luckytile.co with enough information to identify the material. We may verify that the requester is the host, subject, or authorized representative before making a change.
