Structured teaching during the Saturday intro period. Old City District and the club site both list lessons Saturdays 12–2 pm. After basics, students join regular member games. More info.

- Level
- Brand new to mahjong, or players of other versions learning Japanese/riichi. Curriculum: tiles, play order and claiming, then yaku. Defensive play and scoring on request.
